Smart mechanics 5 stars
My Bill's Automotive experience was hassle free, the repairs to my BMW was handled in a timely manner. Contact was made to me prior to and after work was completed, with workers being extremely polite and knowledgeable regarding my car issues.
Great service, per usual. Very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining issues.

Always great service. The technicians are friendly, knowledgable and courteous! I haven't been in a year and the technician remember my name when he saw me . i would recommend them to anyone.
Bill's Automotive is among the best automobile repair shops I have encountered. Joe and his colleagues are attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with, and the quality of their work is excellent.
The positive reviews are true. They took care of me on a day they were down a guy and closing early for the holiday. Honest diagnosis and honest prices.
I've been coming here for a long time and have all car issues taken care of here. Joe is a professional and most importantly an honest guy. The shuttle service also makes it very convenient if you work in hartford.
