Brought in car for inspection and evaluation (was older relative's) before spending any $ Very thorough report. And honest feedback from Joe. We're still deciding if car is worth the cost of repairs. If we do repair car, Bill's will be doing it and I'll be back with another review.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! I lived in CT from 2019-2021. I was having car trouble and was referred to Joe by another mechanic. He and his team worked quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I recently moved back. When I started having car trouble again, I didn’t bother taking my car to anyone else. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what the problem is, how it needs to be fixed, and what to expect it to cost.
