I was very satisfied with the repair to my vehicle. It was done on schedule and very close to the estimate. Joe also pointed out to me that the engine protecting shroud was missing! I am lucky I didn't have damage done to the underside of the vehicle which makes me wonder why previous repair stations and oil change places never bought that to my attention. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill's Auto to anyone looking for a reputable establishment to deal with.

Chose this place based on repairpal and google reviews. The guys here are very responsive and go out of their way to educate the customer on the problems and the ways to fix them. Very detailed during phone consultation about the mechanical problem. Addressed a small bodywork issue at no charge! Excellent prices. Not a great location - but the excellent service and good prices are worth it. Provided emailed pdf’s of the diagnostic. Provided emailed pdf’s of the estimate. Getting a written estimate, as req’d by law, was very important to me. Price paid was the estimated price. Will definitely go back.
