The team at Bill’s was very responsive and kept me abreast of the repairs while I was out of the country. Had the job done by the time I returned and gave a detailed explanation of the work that was done. Told me they wanted to keep an eye on the engine they had just installed and made me feel like I was in good hands. I’ve been a customer since moving to Hartford and will continue use them.

Brought the car is for a check engine light that was turning off and on. I work at the hospital so I dropped it off and picked up at the end of the day. They did a full inspection and said nothing needed to be done and they didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. Will definitely go back again.

I used to live across the street from Bill's and would bring my car there because it was convenient. After moving a few towns away, I started going to another mechanic. When that one didn't work out, I tried another local mechanic. After several tries, I realized that having gone to Bill's initially was not just convenience, it was a sheer stroke of luck. They genuinely spoiled me with their excellent service, professional demeanor and extensive knowledge. I now go back to Bill's, despite it being about a half-hour drive from my house, and honestly, if I move further away, I will still go to Bill's. Truly, I cannot overstate how solid these guys are. If you're reading this review while deciding if you should call them - stop reading and just call them already!
