Joe explained the diagnostic findings and took the most economical approach to fixing the issues. He did not try to up-sell. His knowledge of the issue gave me confidence and the work was completed the same day. Joe has won a long term customer.

My car was shaking and making weird noises. I googled mechanics that work on BMW’s and saw fantastic reviews for Bill’s so I made an appointment and dropped the car off. I was called back the same day with a diagnosis and cost. I got my car back the very next day and it is running great!!! Excellent work and reasonable prices. I now have an awesome place to go for any issues with my car
