Bill’s Automotive is the best. They are always kind and friendly to their clients and even have a couple friendly golden retrievers to play with and snuggle if you have to wait for your car. Gus and Duke are the sweetest! Well trained too, so they won’t bother you if you aren’t a dog person haha. Joe always does a fantastic job taking care of my car in a timely manner. He also makes sure I am aware of any issues he might find along with a timeline of when those things need to be taken care of. I always leave happy with my car much better off then it was when I got there.

Great group of folks down at Bill’s. Very informative, and clearly experienced mechanics. Any questions or concerns I had were swiftly answered and eased. No beating around the bush with these guys. They’ll let you know what’s wrong and will do everything they can to get it right. Been living in CT for years and finally have a go-to shop for any car problems. If any of my friends run into car trouble, Bill’s will be the first I recommend.

I have been going to Bills Auto for many years and they are very good at taking care of my problems and situations whether it be tires, front end issues, brakes or just simple fluid exchange maintenance. I make an appointment and they’re always prompt and on time. I highly recommend them to friends and family and if it has four wheels they can fix it.
