Excellent service, communication, and turnaround time! Their techs have an impressively high level of knowledge, that much is clear when you look at how exacting and methodical their work is. Bill's recently worked on my Subaru Legacy GT, a car which I cannot quite recommend buying, but still love very much. Their service writer, Andy, told me what I needed. Their technician Chris was happy to go more in depth for me, and not only took the time to illustrate WHY my car needed what it did, but explained the function of individual parts and assemblies (along with their interactions) in an extremely articulate and vivid manner. That dude is a born educator and is clearly passionate about what he does: that's the only kind of person I want to pull apart my motor. My cars have spent a lot of time in the shop, and in terms of the overall experience, Bill's has been the best by far. Bill's took the time to create a great business/customer relationship and it doesn't go unappreciated. Great work. (Also, sometimes, there are big fluffy dogs.)
