I am new to the neighborhood and would visit Bill's automotive to use the full-service gas station. The staff was always very friendly and recommended i come back to service my vehicle. Then, my neighbors told me they actually recommended Bill's Automotive as they use them to service their vehicles. So, i did!

I felt "welcomed" and respected. They heard my concerns and worked on them. They took an interest me as a concerned customer - not just someone complaining. I will return again

Excellent as always. When I mentioned to Joe that I could have gone to the dealer where I bought the car to receive an oil change at a lower price but that I prefered to use Bill's, he matched Hoffman's price. He said, "I'd rather keep a good customer than wrangle over a few dollars." That's an attitude that builds the customer loyalty that I'd like to continue.
