My car died at 6:30pm on the Friday before Memorial Day! Luckily it happened right in front of the house! First thing Monday morning I had it towed to Bill's. By 4:30p, they'd installed a new alternator, battery, serpentine belt, changed the oil, replaced turn signal and brake lights. They're very thorough, timely, and attentive. They take the time to get to know you. I feel like they care about my family's safety, got me back on the road, and they provided excellent customer service! You can't buy peace of mind! Thank you!

Joe worked very hard trying to get my car's parts, and did his very best to get them at the most afordable price. They have my trust and there's no reason for me to go anywhere else.

We had such a rotten experience in NY that we decided to be towed to Hartford since we had AAAPlus,and boy are we glad. Mike, Joe and Ross are as usual on top of everything. A pleasure to deal with (as pleasurable as car repairs can go!Nothing personal guys!)and total assurance with their work. I never get to name the names of those who actually work on my cars, but to them I say THANKS! Mike has built a terrific team. Kudos!

Great service! Customer service was courteous and excellent. Joe v. is walked me through everything and recommended minor repairs I need to get done in the future. I text and called my friends about Bill's Automotive and recommended if they need any repairs, checkout Bill's Automotive.

Being polite goes a very long way, these guys really know how to treat their customers. They go the extra mile to provide good service. Everyone from their front office down to the technicians. I needed my truck for a specific time to make sure I could pick my kids up and they made sure that my truck was ready to be delievered. Fair price and quality service. You cannot ask for anything more.
