They took my care on time; I was able to make an appointment on the internet and the car was ready when I needed it. What more can you ask for?

I brought my car into Bill's and informed them of the issue I thought I had (pulley system issue) along with an oil change. They changed the oil and called me about the pulley. They indicated many tests had been performed but were not able to see any other problems. I appreciated the honesty of the service. I feel that many other auto repair shops would have taken advantage of opportunity to do work instead of being honest. Thank you Bill's Automotive!

I drove up to Hartford on business when my car overheated. I knew it wasn't a simple lack of cooling fluid. Ross and Joe treated me like I was a long-time customer. Excellent and knowledgable service and care. I was put to the head of the line and was on my way as soon as it was possible. Now if they would only come to Philly ......
