Bill's Automotive started for me as a "close to work" place but has become my go to place for any repair. Their customer service is amazing - they are from a different century - and you can really on what they say. I'm sure I sound like I'm gushing, but honestly I've been very pleased everytime I've gone there.

The staff at Bill's Auto is always kind, courteous and honest. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no fuss. I was told, by another mechanic, that I needed new front brakes. When Bill's checked out my brakes, they told me they were practically new, which I knew and that is why I brought it back to them. They're the best!

Bill's was recommended to me by several people in the neighborhood. They were fast, reasonably priced, friendly and very informative. They took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and even send me pictures of the issue. They came up with a lower cost solution for me that saved me over $1,000! Great service, I will definitely be back.

Once again, all the folks at Bill's came through and took car of me and my car! SO NICE to have people like this to trust and take care of my cars for me. Hector, you came through and fixed what ailed my car on the spur of the moment - so props to you. I brought my new minivan in to be checked over and evaluated. I was promptly given a ride back to my job. A bit later, I received a call from Ross who let me know all was fine and they would pick me up to get my vehicle. Once there, Ross went over the diagnosis with me in terms I could understand. I left feeling confident that my new vehicle was fine and would be taken care of by their able staff in the future.

THE SERVICE OF BILL'S AUTOMOTIVE WAS OUT STANDING..I HAVE HAD MANY OLDER CARS IN MY 50 YEARS OF DRIVING AND HAD TO USE THE SERVICE OF AUTO REPAIR SHOPS OVER THE YEARS IN 3 STATES AND BILL'S BY FAR IS THE BEST SERVICE EVER. HONEST AND CLEAR REPAIR DECRIPTIONS. WILL RECOMMEND IN A MINUTE.

Brought my son's car in and as usual, Joe, Ross and everyone at Bill's was at the top of their game. Excellent service. Nice people. Honest business. Just one thing.....Mike - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the voice mail on your phone line! Needs to be Joe, Ross and Mike - NOT Val, Ben and Mike!! :)
