I have a 2006 Passat, and really wanted to find a reliable, trustworthy place (besides a dealership). When Russ answered the phone, I could tell this was a first-rate service center. Everything went smoothly, from the diagnostics to the repair. And their prices are less than the dealer would charge. They were happy to shuttle me to and from home, an added plus. I would recommend this place to all VW owners!

I was in Hartford for an interview. After the interview I returned to my car and noticed that I had a flat. I remembered that there was a station nearby (Bill's) and drove. I was in and out in lest than 15 mins. The crew there was great! I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!!!!

Bills Automotive is a wonderful place. The guys up front Joe and Ross are knowlegable and great to deal with. The technicians at Bills are also great and know european cars better than any one I have found yet with fair prices on top of that. I would highly recomend them to anyone for all your car needs.
