This is my 2nd time bringing my M3 for servicing and once again received exceptional customer service. An email reminder was sent prior to visit. Thorough check of vehicle provided, along with full report of findings, was impressive. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Ross and Joe are great to work with. I am very please with the diagnosis of the problem and the options presented for repair.

For a number of years I've had been searching around the Hartford Area for an automotive repair shop I can trust. Finally, Bill's Automotive came to my attention and having had several of my vehicles serviced there I can state my journey has ended. This is the first place that actually troubleshoots the problem and doesn't just shotgun with infinite replacement parts. They provide a thorough inspection of the vehicle, point out any potential issues but don't pressure you to immediately repair. Although the place doesn't look like much from the outside it does not reflect the quality of the service or staff.

I went for an oil change for the first time and i was welcomed in very nicely. I asked about other things that they could look at and fix for me and they said it was no problem. I was given a ride back to work quickly and this was very helpful so that i did not need to find a ride. when my vehicle was finished they picked me up quickly and when i returned they had a work up of prices for the things i had asked about but did not pressure me into getting them fixed right away, but did let me know about the safety concerns. i am glad that I found them and I will continue to go to them for all of my vehicle issues and i recommend them to everyone.
