You can get an oil change anywhere, but superlative customer service is rare these days. Except at Bill's. Every person there, every single day, will smile and treat you with courtesy. These guys make the hassle of auto repairs bearable - even pleasant. Simply the best.

As a women I am always leary when it comes to automotive repair. Mike not only took excellent care of my car he explained everything that needed to be done, gave me pricing for the worst and best case scenerios and, stayed late so I could pick up my car on a Friday. Well, needless to say I will not be taking my car back to the dealer for service. They have much better customer service, excellent mechanics and beat the dealer pricing hands down.

Since starting to go to Bill's Automotive I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. I use to go to a Chain Auto Repair location because I thought the prices were cheaper. However I soon discovered after going to Bills that their pricing is very competitive, and they get the job done right the first time!
