Bill's office is small, but the crew works big. Two oil changes there and I have never waited more than half an hour check in to finished. Completely satisfied with their work.

Everything was taken care, the price was as quoted. The service was completed on time. I also really appreciate the inspection that is done on my older car to let me know what condition the rest of the car is in.

We really appreciate the service, value and attitude of the shop. If there were any improvement, it would be appointment setting so that the service could be performed with the 1 hour we were told to expect. Two hours for an oil change seems long, so I am thinking maybe it is due to either space or manpower. But, considering how great a value the shop provides, it is not a big issue.

Very honest and to the point. They gave a great overview of what was wrong with the car, and their opinion on what should be done based on my budget. THANKS!!!

I brought my car in for air conditioning problems. As always, I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me. I love Bill's.

The only issue I had was I made the appointment online, but I did not have a follow response. I am sure this will be fixed. Besides that everyone is very easy to work with and no pressure to do more than was requested, but did let identify the next issue that will need to be addressed.
