I dropped my car off at Bills at night with instructions to change the oil and to please ckeck the source of the "battery" alert (aka idiot)light that was appearing on my dashboard. As I suspected, the light was casued by a failed alternator -When I was called with the assement of what was wrong I remebered that I needed my emmisions checked and requested that if they had time that they take care of that for me. Even though Bills, does not have the equipment for the emissions testing, they took my car to Midas had done and paid cash for the $20 fee. On the face that may not seem like much, but it is indicative of Bill's consistent effort of going above and beyond just getting the job done. Sure, I had to pay the $20 for the emmissions test when I picked up the car, but they saved me a trip to get it done on my own.
