As a totally unknowledgable about cars senior citizen I appreciate having found Bill's and the quality work they perform on my car. I am especially grateful for the service they provide taking me where I have to go and then picking me up. Since I have been using them (about 8 months) I have had no problems or complaints.

Bill's Automotive does a great job, and the value is outstanding. I highly recommend their package deal. It is worth the drive to Hartford from Enfield, and finding an honest, high quality automotive service is really great.

Hey, in this day and age of pushing customers through just for more and more profit, you guys are a raay of sunshine. I feel trust on both sides of the counnter. I feel confident aand safe after having my car dealy with you. I actually get a kick out of knowing quality parts are being installed by quality people. I didn't know my tires were in trouble and now I'm safer because of you.

I went to Bills knowing that I was going to need new tires soon and when I arrived they were extremely helpful. I worked with Joe and he couldn't have been more helpful. He told me they would take care of getting new tires and they would check the car to make sure everything else was working. During the inspection they found that the battery was about to die so Joe called and informed me that the cost would be a little higher than we discussed. When I went to pick up the car I was happy that Joe explained the work they did and made sure I understood what he was saying. The car rides much better and I am pleased with the service. I will definitely take the car back to Bills and would highly recommend them to anyone!
