I went to Bills knowing that I was going to need new tires soon and when I arrived they were extremely helpful. I worked with Joe and he couldn't have been more helpful. He told me they would take care of getting new tires and they would check the car to make sure everything else was working. During the inspection they found that the battery was about to die so Joe called and informed me that the cost would be a little higher than we discussed. When I went to pick up the car I was happy that Joe explained the work they did and made sure I understood what he was saying. The car rides much better and I am pleased with the service. I will definitely take the car back to Bills and would highly recommend them to anyone!

As always, the staff is wonderful and very accomodating! Joe fully explains what needs to be done and why and reassures the customer that client safety and satisfaction are the company's goal.

I have no complaint with the service, but I wonder why my car smelled of stale tobacco smoke. I sneezed all the way home.

Thank you for taking me at the last minute when my car suddenly had a problem. Also, I very am grateful that I can 100% trust your work and $ estimates of what needs to be done. I do wish however, that your timing were more accurate. I'm fine with the job taking a long time especially since I was an emergency, but, I like to know what to expect so I can plan accordingly. Still, I'd never take my car anywhere else.

I love Bill's! They are totally service oriented and always helpful. They take great care of my car and their charges are reasonable.

I had to have front brakes done - they made it happen quickly and I felt the price was fair - I feel that they are watching out for me and my car, letting me know about necessary repairs and maintenance items. They are sensitive to my time and have a great relationship with a rental car place that helps a lot.
