I have no complaint with the service, but I wonder why my car smelled of stale tobacco smoke. I sneezed all the way home.

Thank you for taking me at the last minute when my car suddenly had a problem. Also, I very am grateful that I can 100% trust your work and $ estimates of what needs to be done. I do wish however, that your timing were more accurate. I'm fine with the job taking a long time especially since I was an emergency, but, I like to know what to expect so I can plan accordingly. Still, I'd never take my car anywhere else.

I love Bill's! They are totally service oriented and always helpful. They take great care of my car and their charges are reasonable.

I had to have front brakes done - they made it happen quickly and I felt the price was fair - I feel that they are watching out for me and my car, letting me know about necessary repairs and maintenance items. They are sensitive to my time and have a great relationship with a rental car place that helps a lot.

My experience with Bill's Automotive and the staff has been very positive. I am a neighbor to the shop, and am fairly new to the neighborhood. My neighbors all recommended that i try out Bill's Automotive and i am happy i did. The staff treats me like i am a true neighbor, and takes care of all my car repair needs.
