The staff was super friendly and helpful, but I wasn't expecting an oil change and a visual inspection to take an hour- would have liked to see or hear a list of what was checked in all that time.

Generally speaking, our oil services do take about an hour. In that time we check everything from fluid level and condition of your critical fluids. We also perform a steering and suspension shake down to ensure the suspension is in good standing with no loose components that may cause become a safety concern. While the vehicle is in the air we will also perform a visual brake inspection, as well as check all drive axles and exhaust components. We don't claim to be a 15 minute quick lube service station as some the other service stations. We pride ourselves on being diligent and making sure if there is some pertinent information about our vehicle that we make you aware.

This was my first experience at Bill's and it was great. I used a Living Social coupon for an oil change. The tech gave my car a good looking over and pointed out a thing or two. But I was grateful that I felt no "hard sell". Everyone was friendly and the service was thorough and quick. 2 thumbs up!
