I had an electrical problem and had gone to two different dealer run organizations with no resolution. Within an hour of bringing my car to Bill's Automotive they had the problem pinpointed and were able to make full repairs within a day.

As a noted artist with my studio not accessible by public transportation the use of my automobile is very important for me to get to work in my studio and I've always depended on Bill's service to keep my vehicle running and repaired correctly and within reasonably good prices and I've been using them for years and will can continue to do so.. I was going to give 4 stars because I hate to give 5 but I really couldn't think of any reason (ok, they took a little longer than I wanted to pick me up).but I have been totally pleased with their work since I started using them a few months ago.

Needed tires for my 06 E500 4 matic Benz with 69K miles. I explained what I wanted and they took a day to research and found the best tire for my car. I brought it in and I asked if my alloy wheels would be cleaned on the inside as well. They checked out my car found a couple of small stress cracks in the wheels, gave my car a brake check and were very honest with their reporting. Aligned, new tires and my car purrs like a kitten! Very happy with price and service.
