I am very please with the service I received at Bill's Automotive. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was really distraught with my car not having heat since the first snow storm of 2013. I wanted to make sure I was taking my car to a reputable establishment that would be honest and trustworthy. I found my experience to be this and more. They assured me that they would be able to do the repair. My car has been repaired and everything explained. I was very pleased with my experience at Bill's Automotive. I work at Hartford Hospital and it was convenient to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up later in the day.
