Excellent service! Went in for an alignment, they diagnosed my car with a different issue. Instead of going forward with the alignment AND the new tire I needed, they were very honest and told me though I did need an alignment, it wasn't what was causing my issues. I will be going back in a few week for that alignment. Their prices were just right for my budget, and I'm a college student!!! Thank you Bill's Auto!!

Bill's Automotive has far exceeded my expectations!! I originally brought my car here because it happened to be the closest AAA approved site from where my car broke down. I didn't know anything about the garage and since I haven't had much luck with mechanics, I didn't know what to expect. Bill's fixed my car promptly, thoroughly explained what was going on, and was upfront about the cost. Additionally, when I continued to have some issues with my car Bill's honored their warranty, no questions asked!! These are honest guys who do their best to make the customer happy. My car is now up and running and I couldn't be more pleased with the services I received! I highly recommend Bill's Automotive!

Bill's Auto gets it done. I had my car towed here the other evening while they were closed, they went right to work in the morning and I had my car back in the afternoon. Very professional, clear & courteous. One of the more reputable high-end shops in Hartford.

I am very please with the service I received at Bill's Automotive. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was really distraught with my car not having heat since the first snow storm of 2013. I wanted to make sure I was taking my car to a reputable establishment that would be honest and trustworthy. I found my experience to be this and more. They assured me that they would be able to do the repair. My car has been repaired and everything explained. I was very pleased with my experience at Bill's Automotive. I work at Hartford Hospital and it was convenient to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up later in the day.
