For eight years we have never deviated from bringing our RAV4 in for service at a Toyota dealer, however, when we were faced with an expensive strut replacement, we decided to contact Bill's Automotive for a "second opinion." We decided to use Bill's instead of Toyota for our vehicle repair because of the excellent customer service at Bill's. Ted patiently explained the issues (in layman's terms) and reviewed the estimate in detail. We will definitely consider contacting Bill's in the future.

As always, Ted and Joe have come through yet again. My 94 SAAB 900S is in the greatest of shape.

My experience at Bill's was probably the first "five star service" experience in dealing with a car repair. I felt like I was given time, a clear explanation, and my needs were understood. The staff was also friendly and personable. I wish I discovered Bill's a long time ago!

I went just for a diagnosis on my navigator. Not only was Joe professional but he was very very informative and friendly a very polite person. I would definitely recommend to anybody who asks for a good mechanic.

Thanks guys! Joe was very helpful even though it was very busy. My new purchase(used car) was checked out thoroughly and the few problems that were found were able to be dealt with at the dealer. Thanks again, -Peter
