For eight years we have never deviated from bringing our RAV4 in for service at a Toyota dealer, however, when we were faced with an expensive strut replacement, we decided to contact Bill's Automotive for a "second opinion." We decided to use Bill's instead of Toyota for our vehicle repair because of the excellent customer service at Bill's. Ted patiently explained the issues (in layman's terms) and reviewed the estimate in detail. We will definitely consider contacting Bill's in the future.
