After thirteen years in Connecticut I finally found a place I can trust to have my car serviced. Joe always gives me his time, thoughtful explanation, and his best advice. The entire crew is awesome. Even though there are many other service shops I pass on my way to Bill's, this place is worth the extra miles.

Went to get my tire fixed with my newborn. Walked in, and received quick service - And got a delicious cookie! Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. I go here any time I need anything fixed on my car - Windshield wiper, Oil Change, Low Tire. I highly recommend Bill's for your auto needs!

I am always a bit hesitant to walk into a mechanic shop- always having people oversell me on the things that I know I don't need or that can wait. Not with Bill's - they have been pretty straight up about changes that I will be in need of but that can wait. That gives me confidence when I come to them that they will not let me walk out with a problem that needs to be fixed right away or overcharge me for things that are unnecessary. Overall, the staff is always prompt, professional, and courteous. Would recommend them!

As usual, the best service ever! Joe and Ted are awesome! Thank you! It is such a relief to be able to take my car for maintenance or to be fixed, and know that the people I am dealing with are totally trustworthy, honest and stand behind their work. Must be why I've been a customer for over 25 years.....

For eight years we have never deviated from bringing our RAV4 in for service at a Toyota dealer, however, when we were faced with an expensive strut replacement, we decided to contact Bill's Automotive for a "second opinion." We decided to use Bill's instead of Toyota for our vehicle repair because of the excellent customer service at Bill's. Ted patiently explained the issues (in layman's terms) and reviewed the estimate in detail. We will definitely consider contacting Bill's in the future.

As always, Ted and Joe have come through yet again. My 94 SAAB 900S is in the greatest of shape.
