Once again, Bill's Automotive came through for me in fine style. Monday afternoon, I was on my way to an appointment when I heard a scary metallic-grinding noise. I had no idea what it could be or if the car was safe to drive, so I turned around, went home, and called Bill's. They agreed that driving the car might be dangerous, so the next morning, I had it towed in. The car and I arrived around 9 a.m., and we were on our way before lunch, with the problem diagnosed and solved for an extremely reasonable fee. Later, when I told a friend about this, his comment was, "Oh, I've heard about Bill's. Everybody raves about that place!" With good reason, I told him. Thanks, guys!

You kept my 1996 Toyota Camry alive for more miles than I could have hoped for, and I thank you for that. What you didn't do was prepare me for the modern age of bells and whistles that come with a newer car! So my Thanksgiving weekend will be spent reading the car manuals so that I'll at least know what the buttons are for! I can't thank you enough for all you have done for me.

My auto's issues were addressed and completed. Liked to see how Bill's have adopted the convenient services that dealer's provide in terms of their shuttle service and exterior cleaning of the cars upon completion of the work. Also, liked the fact, that they notified me in advance when the completion time was delayed, but that is an area that could improve, as, most customers are on time constraints themselves. Overall, pleased with the service, the knowledgeable technicians, and will return. ThankYou.

Was first time at Bill's and have a return scheduled within two days to finalize projected work on auto. But The service was polite and knowledgeable. A very friendly environment.
