I have always had a positive experience at Bill's Automotive. They are honest and upfront and always answers all my questions. It is great to find a mechanic that you can trust.

I was very please with the service I received at Bill's automotive. They were very polite explain problem with great precise detail and were able to get back to me in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with lots of positive experience.

My auto's issues were addressed and completed. Liked to see how Bill's have adopted the convenient services that dealer's provide in terms of their shuttle service and exterior cleaning of the cars upon completion of the work. Also, liked the fact, that they notified me in advance when the completion time was delayed, but that is an area that could improve, as, most customers are on time constraints themselves. Overall, pleased with the service, the knowledgeable technicians, and will return. ThankYou.

Was first time at Bill's and have a return scheduled within two days to finalize projected work on auto. But The service was polite and knowledgeable. A very friendly environment.

This was my second time at Bill's. The first time was for a simple oil change; I was very pleased with the service and the extremely reasonable charge. Yesterday, I stopped by to make an appointment to have a side mirror fixed. Rather than telling me that the entire mirror fixture would need replacing (which would have been quite pricey), they looked at it and determined that it could be repaired very simply. I took the car in this morning, the repair was done while I waited, and the entire cost was under $40. I would definitely recommend Bill's - excellent service at a very reasonable rate.

Oil change.

You really have to work hard to have me give 5 stars when I made an appointment for a "winterizing" and it wound up being almost $1400! BUT, and this is the big but...these were the first major repairs on a seven year old car--first new battery, first brake problems, etc. The work was thoroughly explained (including pictures) and I know that I can drive my car with confidence.

Bills, has helped me shake the perception that mechanics are out to get you. More than likely, when your car requires repairs you are not going to hear what you want. When the folks at Bills tell me something is wrong with my car, they go in depth to show and explain the issues. Recently, I required service without appt They went out their way to get me in. Every question I had was answered. Service with a smile... and cookies...
