These guys are always great. I went to get my battery replaced- before I spent money on a new batter Joe suggested power charging the current battery to see if that would solve the problem. He did that overnight and when it didn't work, he discounted that fee (~$50) from my bill. They are always looking for ways to help you do the maintenance you need, without breaking the bank. Very reliable and honest from my experiences there.

Set appointment for next day and Joe was very accommodating, as I had a bit of a specialized situation. Completed work quickly while I waited and car is running great. Seems like they have a great staff there as lots of locals were coming in dropping off cars, picking up etc., and all were greeted professionally and enthusiastically. Will definitely go back as needed and recommend.

Once again, Bill's Automotive came through for me in fine style. Monday afternoon, I was on my way to an appointment when I heard a scary metallic-grinding noise. I had no idea what it could be or if the car was safe to drive, so I turned around, went home, and called Bill's. They agreed that driving the car might be dangerous, so the next morning, I had it towed in. The car and I arrived around 9 a.m., and we were on our way before lunch, with the problem diagnosed and solved for an extremely reasonable fee. Later, when I told a friend about this, his comment was, "Oh, I've heard about Bill's. Everybody raves about that place!" With good reason, I told him. Thanks, guys!
