Bill's auto repair was understanding to our needs. He understood that as a non-profit agency we needed our van repaired quickly. We dropped our van off and it was fixed within a a day and a half. Due to the major repairs the van needed we had to take the van back in and Bill's Auto shop was more than understanding and were able to resolve the issue within hours.
